What does the work scenario test consist of?

Each question comprises a work-related scenario and a number of possible actions. The candidate must assess the effectiveness of each action.

This is a timed test. It is available in French and English.

What does the work scenario test measure?

The work scenario test assesses the candidate’s behaviour and their ability to make the right decisions.

What is the practical use of the work scenario test?

A candidate who obtains a good score in the work scenario test will demonstrate the following aptitudes in the workplace:
- ability to analyse and solve problems;
- ability to produce quality work while respecting constraints;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- ability to identify priorities and organise work efficiently;
- ability to address problems in a positive way.

Work scenario test example:

You recently joined a company as a sales assistant. Your colleague explains to you how your predecessor carried out their tasks. You note that there is no written procedure for order management. What is the most adequate action AND the least adequate action to take?
