Each question comprises a work-related scenario and a number of possible actions. The candidate must assess the effectiveness of each action.
This is a timed test. It is available in French and English.
The work scenario test assesses the candidate’s behaviour and their ability to make the right decisions.
A candidate who obtains a good score in the work scenario test will demonstrate the following aptitudes in the workplace:
- ability to analyse and solve problems;
- ability to produce quality work while respecting constraints;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- ability to identify priorities and organise work efficiently;
- ability to address problems in a positive way.
